The free Park City bus stops right out front of the Carriage House condominiums, providing easy access to all three ski resorts, historic Main Street and both area grocery stores. Prospector Square has several choices for dining out, including something for old and young alike. The Silver Mountain Day Spa is a block away and Holiday Square movie theaters are nearby. Carriage House provides the perfect location when attending the Sundance Film Festival in January as most venues are within walking distance, including the Prospector Hotel Theater and the Eccles Center. For summer visitors, the Historic Rail Trail is just across the street providing easy access for mountain biking or just taking a leisurely walk. Check-in is located at 2064 Prospector Avenue, Park City, UT. Please note, there is a USD 35 non-refundable reservation fee plus tax. Check-in time is 4pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am.
